I like this! We are living healthy!! Today we went out to pick our own fruit. This “fruit farm” (I guess that’s what you would call it) has grapefruit trees, orange trees, and lemon trees. It didn’t take us long to pick alot of oranges, we picked between 90 and 100 oranges today and it cost us $10 dollars! Can you believe it, only TEN BUCKS!! We are saving money and living healthy. So, I bet you are wondering what we are going to do with 100 oranges, huh? Fresh orange juice?? Yep, you know it! :) Let’s take a peek at some snapshots I got today……….
This fruit farm is 3 miles from our RV Park………

Not too sure why this sign is here outside the fruit farm……

Look at all the oranges to pick! We’ve got some work to do……

See the ladder?? Remember the sign outside the fruit farm. Ahhhhhh, I see the connection now…….

We came home with three of these bags………

We’ve got our work cut out for us. I’m sure it’s going to be soooo worth it!

This is what Jake did the whole time we were making orange juice. If it has nothing to do with solid food, he’s not interested……..

That’s what we did today. The whole process from picking the fruit to creating a jug full of fresh orange juice took about…..maybe a little over an hour. It was so easy and quick to pick the fruit and did you see the electric cord attached to the juicer.
It was so quick. We picked up the electric juicer at the Quartzsite RV Show for 10 bucks. Hey, we are saving money here. I like saving money. So other than that, most of the day was filled with sitting outside in our lawn chairs and watching people ride their bicycles by and we finished the day off with attending the bingo game at 7pm at the recreational hall here at the RV Park. I could get use to this. I hope everyone is well and safe……stay warm……I’ll talk to you tomorrow. Thanks for checking on me again!
