A Nice Easy Day In The RV Park

How’s everyone hold up out there? There is a plaza next door here attached to the Walmart so mom and I went for a walk to explore the plaza shops around the area today. When you walk directly from the RV Park we are staying at right into the parking lot of Walmart and then walk past the front of Walmart there are about 8 shops in the plaza right next to the Walmart. There is a Fashion Bug, a pizza place, a Subway, a Fashion 4U store, a couple other stores and then there’s a gas station at the end which we thought sold lottery tickets. A gas station that doesn’t sell lottery tickets?? I never heard of it until today. Oh well. On the way back from roaming the plaza shops we stopped at Walmart (pretty predictable, huh?) and picked up just a few things. We were looking for a fly swatter but Walmart was sold out. I wonder why, huh? Well, there are a few flys around here, I’ve seen 2 so far. Just enough to aggravate you. After we came back from Walmart, we sat outside for alittle while under a cloudy overcast. It rained last night and there is still a little puddle on the cover of the pick up truck bed. We came back in and watched TV and we are still watching TV…..the wind picked up a bit and tipped over one of our lawn chairs outside. So, I don’t have any pressing news and nothing really exciting happened today. Today starts the Lettuce Festival in Yuma…hang on, website for it is….here. So tomorrow, we are going to check that out in the morning (starts at 10am) and then enjoy some of the activities going on in the RV Park in the afternoon. I’ll get back to you then! Nite Nite.
