Martin’s Valley Ranch Golf Course

Hello! I’m back! A minor wireless internet hiccup for the past few days kept me off-line but I survived. 🙂 Some emails have arrived from people wanting a little bit more information on the golf course here.

There is a golf course here at Hidden Valley RV Park in Mission, Texas. The golf course is called “Martin’s Valley Ranch Golf Course”. So yesterday I got a few pictures of the golf course area and some information for all you golfers out there! 🙂 This is a 27 hole golf course and wraps around a couple of the RV Parks here including ours. Hole 26 is right next to our RV site. Let’s look at some pictures……

Mom and I rode tricycles from our RV site to the Golf Course, it was exactly 3/4 of a mile away! And I got pictures along the way…. OH, and yes, Jake rode in the basket on the back of the tricycle enjoying the breeze…..

As for fees (effective October 1, 2008):
Green Fees
9 Holes with tax = $15.95
18 Holes with tax = $22.35
Pre-paid card for ten 9 hole rounds with tax = $142.55, if you would like to add a golf cart with the pre-paid card with tax = $202.85
Par at the 9 hole course is 36 and the par for the 18 hole is 72

They do have “Resident Memberships” also. They have a restaurant at the golf course with daily specials. We have been to this restaurant twice so far and we will go back. Very friendly people there, enjoyable atmosphere, and delicious iced tea! So that’s the major event of my day today. Everyone is doing good and check back tomorrow to see what else we are up to.
